Covered Issues The following are eligible for a replacement or refund: Bottle arrives leaking, cracked, or damaged Tamper-evident seal is broken upon arrival Product is visibly contaminated (foreign particles, unusual color, separation beyond normal) You received the wrong product (wrong flavor, wrong nicotine level, wrong brand) Product is past its expiration date at the time of delivery Bottle is under-filled below labeled volume Not Covered The following are not eligible for warranty claims: Dislike of flavor, taste preference, or change of mind Bottles opened and partially used Improper storage after delivery (exposure to heat, sunlight, or freezing temperatures) Damage caused by the customer after receipt Products purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery Claim Window All warranty claims must be submitted within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.
