Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within [1–2] business days. Orders are processed [Monday–Friday], [HOURS, e.g., 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET], excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. Orders placed after our daily cutoff of [CUTOFF TIME, e.g., 3:00 PM ET], on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. Processing time does not include carrier transit time. During sales events and peak holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Age Verification (Required)
In compliance with federal and state law and the PACT Act, all customers must pass age verification before an order can be shipped. We use a commercially available age-verification service. You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction) to purchase from JCV. If we cannot verify that you meet the minimum age requirement, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Adult Signature on Delivery (Required)
Federal law requires that all vapor product shipments be delivered with an adult signature (21+). The recipient must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery.
Shipping Carriers
JCV ships using a network of compliant regional carriers. As a result, delivery times may be longer than standard parcel shipping, and full coverage may not be available for every ZIP code, P.O. Box, U.S. territory, or military (APO/FPO) address. Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the option you select. Orders totaling $100 or more (before tax, fees, and discounts) qualify for free standard shipping.
Estimated Delivery
Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once carrier networks are factored in, most orders arrive within [3–5] business days after processing, though some locations may take longer. JCV is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, failed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, or other factors outside our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable, including for orders delivered outside the estimated window.
Restricted States, Cities & Products
Many states and municipalities restrict or prohibit the online sale and shipment of vapor products and/or flavored products. We do not ship vape products to the following states/cities: UT,ME,VT,OR,CA,DC,MA,NY,RI,NJ . In some jurisdictions only tobacco-flavored or unflavored products may be shipped.
If you place an order containing a restricted item for a restricted destination, the restricted item will be removed and refunded and the remainder shipped, or the entire order may be cancelled and refunded, at our discretion. It is the customer's responsibility to know and comply with the laws of their state and locality. Orders that violate state/city regulations will be cancelled and refunded.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a confirmation email with a tracking number is sent to the email address on your account. Please allow a few days for tracking to update after you receive the notification.
Incorrect Addresses & Lost/Stolen Packages
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Address errors may cause delays or returned shipments; reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility once an order is returned to us. Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, JCV is not responsible for lost or stolen packages but if you have bought package protection it will be covered. If a package is presumed lost in transit, please contact us so we can open an inquiry with the carrier.
Discreet Packaging & Billing
To protect your privacy, orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. Note that federal and state law may require certain mandatory text to appear on the shipping label.
Return & Refund Policy
Return Window
Our return policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. If more than 3 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and legal reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged once received:
- E-liquids and e-juices (any opened or unsealed bottle)
- Disposable vapes
- Replacement atomizer coils and pods
- Batteries and high-end mods (unless dead on arrival — see below)
Defective or Incorrect Items (DOA)
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at sales@justcheapvape.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified defective-on-arrival hardware. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are handled per the manufacturer's terms.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping may be deducted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 business days, less any non-refundable shipping/signature fees. A restocking fee of 20% may apply to returned or undeliverable orders. Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition through no fault of JCV.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been submitted, it can no longer be modified. We've found that changes made after placement often lead to confusion and errors, slowing down our shipping process and ultimately affecting the customer experience.
